growing up in Park City in a ski jumping family he started jumping at the early age of 3

was the youngest US athlete ever to attend a COC event

personal record: 141m in Park City

it currently is his 1st year on the US Ski Team

January 2002: first start in a COC competition in Westby, WI, he finishes 21st and 31st in the end

Summer 2002: 2nd in a Schuler Grand Prix event in Germany

September 2002: best COC-finish in Calgary/CAN as 17th

February 2003: Junior World Championships in Solleftea/SWE, 44th in the K90 event

Summer 2003: COC in Park City - 34th and 45th

February 2004: 52nd in Stryn/NOR at his second Junior Worlds

Summer 2004: he's named to the 2004/2005 Development Team

December 2004: COC events in Rovaniemi/FIN and Lahti/FIN - ends up as best U.S. competitor

January 2005: 1st rank in Lake Placid, NY, ahead of Schwall and Welch

February 2005: 22nd and 27th COC Westby, WI, 12th and 22nd COC Iron Mountain, MI
